Melissa Rivera

Director, LifeHope Childcare Center

Melissa is responsible for daily operations at LifeHope's Childcare Center, where babies up to 18 months old receive care in a Christ-centered environment and their moms can further their educational and career goals. A former teacher with Seminole County, she also oversees the curriculum and development opportunities for these little ones. Melissa has been a member of Northland since 2012. She graduated from UCF with a degree in elementary education and served as a teacher in Seminole County for many years. She recently earned a master's degree in hr training and development from Amberton University. Melissa and her husband, Eddie, have three children: Alivia, Gianna and Eddie. They enjoy traveling to the mountains in the wintertime, and going to the beach in the summertime. Melissa also likes reading ... and trying new recipes that she finds on Pinterest.
