Do you have a fifth-grader in your home? If so, you know middle school is right around the corner and your “little kid” is beginning the journey into adolescence. Together, Northland’s Student and Children’s Ministries want to help you and your child navigate through this transition with a fun and relational program called LUG Connect!
During LUG Connect, your soon-to-be middle school student will connect with other fifth-graders and meet their future leaders in Student Ministries, all while having a blast!
Parents, this is your chance to get to know other parents of fifth-graders. It’s also an opportunity to hear from Student Ministries’ leaders and parents who have gone through the same transition, ask questions about Student Ministries’ programs, and ultimately become better equipped to disciple your student.
The first of five LUG Connect events will be Saturday, January 19 in the Children’s Worship Wing. Each event will be a little different and families are encouraged to attend as many as possible.
